Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering an agreement. If you use the services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Zero2Won AI provides business strategy, research, CRM, communication, scheduling, automation, marketing support, AI-assisted workflows, implementation, consulting, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and duration of customized engagements are governed by the applicable proposal, order form, statement of work, or service agreement.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting login credentials, maintaining appropriate user permissions, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account by authorized users.

The Zero2Won AI Autopilot Business Concierge provides client-operated access to the Zero2Won AI Business OS for $499 per month, subject to the applicable order or enrollment terms. Platform capabilities may include CRM, pipelines, forms, calendars, communication tools, automation, AI-assisted workflows, reporting, and related functionality.

Usage-based charges, including charges for telephone, text messaging, email, AI usage, or other metered services, may be billed separately. Setup, migration, custom integrations, and implementation services may require separate fees.

You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes described at enrollment or in the applicable agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, recurring fees are billed in advance and usage-based charges may be billed in arrears. Failure to pay amounts when due may result in suspension or termination of access.

Cancellation, renewal, refund, and minimum-term provisions are governed by the applicable enrollment terms, proposal, order form, or service agreement. Nothing on the website modifies a separately executed agreement.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of information supplied to Zero2Won AI
• Obtaining necessary rights, permissions, and consents
• Reviewing content, workflows, automations, and AI-assisted output before use
• Following applicable marketing, privacy, advertising, telephone, email, and text-messaging laws
• Maintaining appropriate internal controls and human oversight
• Making final business, legal, financial, medical, employment, or investment decisions

You may not use the services to send communications without the consent or other lawful basis required by applicable law. You are responsible for honoring opt-outs, maintaining required records, and complying with applicable calling, email, and text-messaging requirements.

AI-assisted features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate output. They are provided to support human work and are not a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication, communication, automation, or reliance.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, the services do not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, investment, securities, or other regulated professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice applicable to your circumstances.

You may not use the website or services to:

• Violate law or another person’s rights
• Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications
• Upload malicious code or interfere with system security
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Misrepresent identity or affiliation
• Process information without required authority or consent
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Reverse engineer or improperly copy protected platform components
• Use the services in a way that creates material security, legal, or reputational risk

We may suspend access reasonably believed to violate these requirements.

As between the parties, you retain your rights in data you lawfully submit to the services. You authorize Zero2Won AI and its service providers to process that data as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted services.

You represent that you have the necessary authority and lawful basis to provide and process client data through the services.

The website, platform configuration, methodologies, designs, software, documentation, workflows, content, trademarks, and other Zero2Won AI materials are owned by Zero2Won AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, you receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the services during the applicable service period. No ownership rights are transferred except as expressly stated in a written agreement.

The services may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms. Third-party availability, functionality, pricing, and policies may change. Zero2Won AI is not responsible for interruptions or changes controlled solely by third-party providers.

Each party may receive nonpublic business information from the other. Each party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for the applicable business relationship, except where disclosure is authorized or legally required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Zero2Won AI disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and any warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular business result.

Business, marketing, sales, advertising, automation, and AI outcomes depend on factors outside Zero2Won AI’s control. We do not guarantee leads, appointments, rankings, revenue, profitability, funding, investment performance, or any other specific result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero2Won AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero2Won AI’s aggregate liability arising from the services will not exceed the amount paid by the client to Zero2Won AI for the affected service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zero2Won AI and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the services, client data, communications, content, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, nonpayment, or misuse. Upon termination, rights to use the services end, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Dallas County, Texas, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, law, or business practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes do not override a separately executed agreement unless that agreement permits the change.
